Shipping policy

TEMAI offers free shipping over $39 to all orders within the United States.

We would take 1-5 working days to process free-shipping orders after receiving the payment.

Expedited shipping options are also available and will be calculated and displayed at checkout. 

When the item has been shipped, the customers will receive an email notification from us which includes a tracking number.  Customers can check the shipping  status by this tracking number. The carrier website might take 24-48 hours to update the status.

If you haven’t received your purchased item(s) within 5 days after receiving the shipping confirmation email, please contact us at temai.tech@gmail.com with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.
