Return

14-days-return policy

We have a 14-days-return policy, which means you can return the item you purchased for free within 14 days after receipt. To start a return, you have to contact us at temai.tech@gmail.com first. Any return without notice to us will not be accepted. Upon receipt of your request , we’ll send you a return shipping label , the instructions on how and where to send your package as well . 

The item returned should be in the same condition as originally purchased, unworn , unused , including tags (if any), original packing , all accessories, manuals . The receipt of purchase is also required .  

 

1 Year Warranty  

We also promise 1 year warranty(from the date of purchase) for all our products against manufacturing defects in material and workmanship under normal consumer use.During this warranty period, if a defect arises in the product, and you follow the proper instructions for returning the product at your expense, we will repair or replace your product. Replacements will be the same model as originally purchased. This limited 1 year warranty applies to any repair, replacement part or replacement product for the remainder of the original warranty period.

Damages and issues

Please check your item after signature. Contact us immediately if you receive the wrong item , defectvie item or damaged item so that we can look into the issue and start the process of replacement or refund. 

Replacement

Contact our service team for replacement at temai.tech@gmail.com . Including pictures or videos and stating the reason of replacement in the initial contact will speed up the replacement process. The replacement of faulty items within the warranty period is free . 

Refunds

Contact our service team for refund at temai.tech@gmail.com . Including pictures or videos and stating the reason of refunds in the initial contact will speed up the refund process. If the request of refund is accepted ,  you need to return the item with its good condition. Please read the return policy above .

Upon receipt of your return, we'll process it and issue a refund to your original payment method within 10 business days, notifying you via email.

Notice:

  • Full refunds are provided for faulty products. For non-faulty items, refunds exclude all shipping fees.
  • Please note, shipping fees of any kind, whether to our return facilities our elsewhere, are the responsibility of the customer, unless the item is faulty or the item is inclusive in the 14-days-return policy.
  • We do not cover any other incidental fees that occur with the return process
